  • In a bowl combine the cashew butter, coconut flour and cacao powder (add in the palm sugar if using). Mix until it looks dry and chunky.
  • Add in the honey and maple syrup and mix until combined.
  • Line a sheet with parchment paper and grease your hands lightly (using a bit of coconut oil). Portion and roll each ball in your hands and place on the parchment paper (9 balls total).
  • If using, place the additional cacao powder in a bowl and roll the greased balls into the powder for texture. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
