Chocolate Fudgy Bites

Servings: 9 balls
In a bowl combine the cashew butter, coconut flour and cacao powder (add in the palm sugar if using). Mix until it looks dry and chunky.
Add in the honey and maple syrup and mix until combined.
Line a sheet with parchment paper and grease your hands lightly (using a bit of coconut oil). Portion and roll each ball in your hands and place on the parchment paper (9 balls total).
If using, place the additional cacao powder in a bowl and roll the greased balls into the powder for texture. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
