Before we jump into the review round-up, I just wanted to give you all a quick update on my 30 Day Reset! Last week was the end of my 30 days, I haven’t had a chance to get the 4th week meal plan up, but you can find 3 weeks of meal plans here. These meal plans are fantastic for following a 30 Day Reset, Whole30 or just some ideas for easy, Paleo meals to get you through the week.
I highly recommend Chris Kresser’s 30 Day Reset. I stuck with it pretty closely (had a few minor slip-ups) and I felt great. I found that with the combination of the 30 Day Reset + good sleep, I went from feeling great to feeling amazing! Now, I know that the missing link for me is quality (and quantity) sleep. As soon as I get back from all the travel and book tour (dates + locations to be announced this week!) that’s what I am going to work on!
Now… for The Paleo Foodie Cookbook review round-up!
It has been so much fun seeing what other bloggers have to say about my book and seeing all the photos of the recipes that they are trying on Instagram. Search the hashtag #ThePaleoFoodie to see all the photos. Use that hashtag too when you try recipes, so I can see them and repost them!
You have to check out my friend’s instagram feed – @whatwouldjohnmackeat. Look what he did to my Sun-Dried Tomato Lamb Burger. Doesn’t this look epic?
If these reviews don’t give you enough information, be sure to check out the “Look Inside” feature on amazon.com for a sneak peek into my book!
