    Newer to Paleo, been trying to learn as much as I can the last three months…have already lost 37 pounds. I have Hypothyroidism and PCOS which make it hard to lose weight, some of it due to the insulin resistance that it can cause. Paleo has saved my life, but I still know very little, also on a budget (and not knowing that much) its a little tough. So glad I found this website!
